A few Search Tips

*By clicking "similar pages" your search is extended to related information listed for you
*Indented sites are part of the site not indented above
*use quotation marks for exact terms
*specify what you don't want to see by using the operator (-) prior to keyword
*specify what must be included by using the operator (+) prior to keyword
*Use the Do You Feel Lucky? button if you are looking for basic information...it will open a webpage instead of a list of possibilities
*define words by typing  define: binomial nomenclature
*use the advance search page and usage drop-down menu to find open source (no copyright) material
*GOOGLE CALCULATOR just type the  formula in the search field and click search
*convert metric to standard, or vice versa, just type it in the search field
*Area Codes and Packages...just type in the tracking ID, or area code
*Type in flight number and airline to find out if your flight is on time
*define words by typing Define:keyword
